Welcome to use the Wearfit Pro APP member automatic renewal entrusted deduction service (hereinafter referred to as "automatic renewal service" or "this service"). In order to protect the rights and interests of users (hereinafter referred to as "you"), please read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") in detail before using this service, especially the bold part. Minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read.

 

Unless you have read and agreed to all the contents of this agreement, you have no right to use this service. If you purchase or use this service, it means that you have reached an agreement with Shenzhen Weike Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "Weike") and voluntarily accept all the contents of this agreement.

 

Article 1 Acceptance and Amendment of Service Agreement

1.1 Automatic Renewal Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") This Agreement is an integral part of the Member Service Agreement, the User Agreement and various rules that the Company has published or may publish/update in the future, and has the same legal effect as the text of the Agreement. For matters not agreed in this Agreement, the provisions in the User Agreement and the Member Service Agreement shall prevail. In case of conflict between this Agreement and other agreements and rules, This Agreement shall prevail. The various specifications and rules on member services we publish from time to time are part of the User Agreement, and the APP will take effect after the aforementioned specifications and rules are publicized in an appropriate manner.

 

1.2 Please understand and agree that the above agreements and rules are prerequisites for your use of this service. If you do not agree to this agreement or any of its terms, please do not enter into subsequent operations. If you choose to continue using the service, your use will be deemed as agreement to abide by the above agreements and rules.

 

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 The automatic renewal service only has the continuous monthly subscription type, and the billing cycle fee is the monthly subscription fee. On the premise that you have opened this service, you irrevocably authorize our company to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the third-party payment account (including but not limited to Alipay account and WeChat wallet account) that you bind to this APP account by itself or entrust a third-party payment channel when the validity of the monthly subscription service is about to expire.

 

2.2 Automatic renewal: Weike Company collects the fees of the next billing cycle of the corresponding paid service by itself or by entrusting a third party payment channel through the account described in Article 2.1, records the amount in the payment record, and extends the validity of the paid service accordingly. You need to ensure that our company can deduct money from the above account by itself or entrust a third party payment channel. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, you should be responsible for it (including but not limited to the termination of corresponding rights and interests, inability to participate in relevant activities, etc.).

 

2.3 If you choose a third party payment channel to enjoy this service, you will be deemed to agree that our company will issue a deduction instruction to the third party payment channel on your behalf, and that the third party payment channel can deduct the next billing cycle fee from the above account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information according to the deduction instruction issued by WeChat. If you choose a third-party payment channel, you may incur a third-party service charge. The specific amount is subject to the amount displayed when you open the service.

 

Article 3 Rules for Automatic Renewal

3.1 If there is an error in the fee deduction process, Weck and you should closely cooperate to find out the cause and bear the losses caused by their own fault; If losses are caused by unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding liabilities according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.

 

3.2 After you choose to use the service, unless you choose to terminate the service, your entrustment of automatic deduction to Weike Company is irrevocable, and Weike Company will not refund the fees you paid based on the payment method you chose when you opened the automatic renewal service.

 

3.3 If the monthly subscription service price of Wearfit Pro APP is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Weike will publicize the modified content on the relevant page before deduction and deduct according to the current effective price.

 

3.4 Microgram will not charge you any commission for opening the service, but Microgram has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fee according to business needs or market changes, and make an announcement on the relevant page.

 

3.5 The service provided to you by Microgram is limited to your use on the Wearfit ProAPP platform. Any use of paid member service to evade renewal by malicious cracking or other illegal means constitutes a violation of this agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Weike Company will investigate the legal responsibility of the perpetrator according to law.

 

Article 4 Cancellation of this service

 

4.1 You have the right to choose to terminate this service at any time on the relevant pages of the Wearfit Pro APP platform. After the termination, Weike will stop providing you with this service.

 

4.2 Termination process, that is, closing the continuous package membership service steps:

 

Android:

• If it is Alipay, you can cancel the contract on My>Settings>Payment Settings>Secret free payment/automatic deduction page of Alipay;

If the monthly subscription service of the APP member to be cancelled cannot be found after troubleshooting according to the path, it indicates that you have cancelled.

 

Apple side:

• Open [Settings]>iTunes Store>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Subscribe>Cancel the monthly subscription of Warefit Pro.

If the monthly subscription service of the APP member to be cancelled cannot be found after troubleshooting according to the path, it indicates that you have cancelled.

 

When purchasing the continuous monthly service for the first time, you have read and agreed to the automatic fee deduction agreement. If you do not want to renew the subscription, you can cancel the continuous monthly subscription service at any time according to the above method. After the cancellation, the validity of the opened member will not be affected. If it is not opened in the future, there will be no further deduction.

4.3 Before you choose to terminate the service, the instruction that you have entrusted Weck to automatically renew the payment is still valid. Once the payment is successfully deducted, Weck will not refund it and will open the service for you in the next billing cycle.
